New Homes Warranty service requests must be submitted via hard copy by fax or mail. We ask that you use this form for all your warranty service requests. Requests made in letter form will also be accepted. Verbal requests made by telephone will not be accepted, except in the case of extreme emergencies.
General Maintenance matters, which are the responsibility of the homeowner, will not be considered as New Homes Warranty service items.
