Don't forget the important details like extra data outlets to utilize the Category 5 wiring in your home, or perhaps a Home Entertainment System.
You'll work with a professional interior designer to help you make your selections"remember to bring with you the clippings from your favorite home décor magazines and any fabric and color swatches. You may want to include the cost of some of your optional items into your mortgage to spread out the payments. Our Preferred Lender can work with you to help calculate your budget.
Call and arrange your first appointment with the Design Center immediately after you purchase your home. Why so soon? Well, it may take a few visits for you to make your final decisions, and you want to place your orders in plenty of time so that everything is installed and waiting for you when you move in. Ask your Design Consultant or Sales Counselor for your schedule so you won't miss any cut-off dates for placing your orders.
